CREATIVE PRODUCING INTERN

A SEASON TO REMEMBER!

With the conclusion of 59th Superbowl of the 105th National Football League (NFL) season I am thrilled to share that this past summer I accepted a Creative Producing Intern position with NFL Films! Reflecting on this season, I have gained invaluable experiences working under the guidance of industry professionals. With 138 Emmys under their belt, NFL Films is a pinnacle of storytelling in sports, and has been an unforgettable experience.

I would like to give a special thank you to Erin O'Toole, Jared Hilbert, Catherine (Katie) Morello, and Eric Reed for the warm welcome to the NFL Films team. Additionally, I’d like to thank those in my network at The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences in the Department of Theater, Film and Media Arts for preparing me for this opportunity!

OH!

SUPERBOWL LIX

As the lights shine bright in New Orleans, history is on the line in Super Bowl LIX. The Kansas City Chiefs, led by the relentless Patrick Mahomes, stand on the brink of immortality, chasing an unprecedented three-peat—a feat not seen in the modern NFL era. But standing in their way is Jalen Hurts, the dynamic young quarterback with a chip on his shoulder and a city behind him, looking to etch his name in the record books with his first Super Bowl victory.

From jaw-dropping plays to momentum-shifting moments, this edit captures the intensity, heart, and legacy-defining stakes of a showdown for the ages. Will Mahomes and the Chiefs cement their dynasty, or will Hurts rise to the occasion and claim his place among the greats? The battle for football supremacy unfolds in spectacular fashion—this is Super Bowl LIX..

NOT YOUR AVERAGE JOE

In the storied history of the NFL, only two quarterbacks have ever conquered both college football’s biggest stage and the Super Bowl—Joe Namath and Joe Montana. Now, another Joe stands on the brink of joining their legendary ranks: Joe Burrow.

From Namath’s bold guarantee to Montana’s clutch perfection, the name Joe has long been synonymous with greatness. Burrow has already tasted college football glory, delivering one of the most dominant seasons in history. But the road to NFL immortality is unforgiving. He’s come close—so close—but the final piece of his legacy still hangs in the balance.

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

From Heisman glory to instant NFL stardom, Jayden Daniels wasted no time proving he belongs among the league’s elite. With electrifying speed, pinpoint accuracy, and unshakable poise, he took the league by storm, turning every snap into a highlight reel and every game into a statement.

Daniels’ jaw-dropping Rookie of the Year campaign—breaking ankles, threading impossible throws, and leading his team with a confidence beyond his years. From doubters to believers, the football world watched as a new era began.

The future is here. The future is Jayden Daniels.

JACKSON SEND ME SOME FLOWERS

From the streets of Broward County to the bright lights of the NFL, Lamar Jackson and Zay Flowers bring more than just talent to the Baltimore Ravens—they bring a connection built on speed, swagger, and a shared Florida grit.

Lamar, the electrifying MVP quarterback, and Zay, the explosive rookie receiver, have formed one of the league’s most dynamic duos, turning broken plays into touchdowns and defenses into spectators. This edit showcases their undeniable chemistry—highlighting deep bombs, ankle-breaking cuts, and game-changing moments that prove Broward breeds stars.

Baltimore’s offense has never looked this dangerous. When Lamar and Zay take the field, it’s straight Florida heat.

gARRETT WILSON

In the heart of New York, under the brightest lights, Garrett Wilson is redefining what it means to be a No. 1 receiver. With elite route-running, impossible catches, and a relentless drive, he’s become the Jets’ ultimate playmaker—turning broken plays into brilliance and defenders into bystanders.

Wilson’s rise as the face of New York’s air attack, from jaw-dropping one-handed grabs to clutch moments that leave the crowd in awe. No matter who’s under center, one thing is certain—when the ball is in Garrett Wilson’s hands, something special is about to happen.

The future of the Jets is here, and he’s making Gotham his playground.

LIGHTS, KAMARA, ACTION

Effortless on the field, electric off of it—Alvin Kamara isn’t just a playmaker, he’s a whole vibe. Whether he’s slicing through defenses with his signature balance, flexing after a touchdown, or hitting dance moves mid-game, Kamara brings a style that’s uniquely his own.

All about the swag, the jukes, and the personality that make Kamara a true entertainer. From breaking tackles to breaking it down in the end zone, he proves football isn’t just about winning—it’s about having fun doing it.

Lights, Kamara, Action—let the show begin.

ALL THE STARS

The Super Bowl isn’t just the biggest stage in football—it’s the grandest spectacle in entertainment. Year after year, icons have turned halftime into history, delivering performances that transcend the game itself. From Michael Jackson setting the gold standard to Prince’s legendary "Purple Rain" in the storm, from Rihanna’s effortless dominance to Usher’s smooth R&B takeover, and from Kendrick Lamar’s lyrical brilliance to Aretha Franklin’s soul-stirring anthems—these moments define music and culture.

A tribute to the legends who made halftime more than a break—it’s the main event. Lights down, crowd roaring, history in the making. This is the Super Bowl Halftime Show at its finest.

DEVELOPED HERE

Speed. Precision. Greatness. The Ohio State University isn’t just a college football powerhouse—it’s an NFL factory. Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave, Marvin Harrison Jr., Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and C.J. Stroud—five first-round stars, one unstoppable legacy.

Buckeye excellence translates to NFL dominance, from highlight-reel catches to pinpoint throws, proving why OSU continues to produce the league’s next generation of superstars. They weren’t just drafted—they were developed here.

The pipeline is strong. The Buckeyes are taking over Sundays.

1ST DOWN

Every yard matters, every play counts, and every first down brings the crowd to its feet. Whether it’s a power run through the trenches, a sideline toe-tap catch, or a quarterback scrambling for just enough—nothing fuels the momentum like moving the chains.

All about the swagger, the celebrations, and the energy that comes with inching closer to the end zone. Finger points, first-down signals, and hyped-up reactions—it’s not just about getting there, it’s about letting everyone know.

Because every drive starts with a first down… and every first down brings the house down.

Stay tuned to hear more about my experience at NFL Films! I am honored for the opportunity to work a full season with NFL Films and develop my good skills into great skills.

FUN FACT: Much like myself, NFL Films Founder, Edwin “Ed” Sabol, is an alum of The Ohio State University! Go Buckeye Nation!
